Noxolo Rolph is the Founder and Director of Nox Services Ltd, bringing together her experience in health and social care, law and people-focused services to build a company centred around trust, professionalism and genuine care. With a background in Law and Health & Social Welfare, Noxolo has a strong understanding of the importance of safeguarding, confidentiality, accountability and treating every individual with dignity and respect. Nox Services was created from a simple belief: quality care and support should never lose its human touch. Noxolo remains personally involved in the day-to-day running of the company, from selecting and supporting staff to maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring the high standards expected from the Nox Services team. Under her leadership, Nox Services provides dependable healthcare staffing, care support and professional cleaning services, including responsive staffing solutions when clients require additional or emergency cover. For Noxolo, Nox Services is more than a business. It is a reflection of the standards she expects personally reliable, compassionate, professional and built on trust.
